Composition:

Slow-cooked beef broth 68% (water, beef bone extract), slow-cooked vegetable broth 26% (water, vegetable extract, tomato puree, spices), salt, natural flavours. To produce 100 g of product, 303 g of beef bones with meat and 43 g of vegetables were used: onion, carrot, parsley, leek and lovage.

May contain Mustard and gluten.

Dworek 1905 Collagen Beef & Vegetable Broth is a concentrated stock produced through the slow cooking of beef bones and vegetables. Each jar contains 7200 mg of natural collagen. A total of 303 g of beef bones with meat were used to produce 100 g of broth, resulting in a rich flavour and deep aroma. The product contains 14 g of protein per 100 g, contains no preservatives and is an excellent base for soups, sauces, risottos and one-pot meals. One 120 g jar makes approximately 1.2 litres of rich broth.

Preparation

Dissolve the product in boiling water according to your taste preferences and intended culinary use. One 120 g jar makes approximately 1.2 litres of broth.

Storage Conditions

Store at temperatures between 1°C and 25°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 6 days. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume as soon as possible.

Shelf Life

Minimum remaining shelf life on the shipping date: 8 months.
