Mushroom soup is a classic, aromatic option for lovers of delicate mushroom flavours. Made with fresh mushrooms, pearl barley, onion and vegetables, it offers a homemade character and a pleasantly filling texture. The soup is prepared with spring water from our own intake and contains no preservatives. After preparation, one jar is enough for 3–4 servings of rich and flavourful soup.

Add 250 ml of water, bring to the boil and cook for approximately 2 minutes. Season to taste.
