Smoked pork neck (Baleron) is a classic cold cut with a juicy, lightly marbled texture and a rich aroma. We produce it in our facility using a traditional method: curing, smoking, and seasoning with carefully selected spices.
Perfect served cold in thin slices for sandwiches and charcuterie boards, and also great for salads, scrambled eggs and baked dishes.
