Smoked pork tenderloin is a delicate, lean cold cut with a mild taste and an appetizing aroma. We produce it in our facility using a traditional method – curing, smoking, and seasoning with a selected spice blend including marjoram and smoked paprika.
Best served in very thin slices for sandwiches and charcuterie boards, also great for salads and appetizers.
